Traditional Potato Pancakes
Two pounds of potatoes
One medium onion
velvet, muffin, german,
spanish,
different, machines,
baked,
how, fat, pan, meatloaf, breads, mixes, toast, mud
Half cup of chopped scallions

One beaten egg Light salt and pepper Peel and grate potatoes. Squeeze liquids out of potatoes and save the starch. Mix the potato starch, grated potatoes and onions together. Add in scallions, egg then salt and pepper to taste. Cook like you would a traditional pancake with a lightly oiled pan or griddle.
